The website located at sana.money (the “Site”) and the Sana smart wallet services are operated by Sanafi Labs LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and us. By accessing or using any part of our Site or services, including any paid features, you agree to these Terms.

1. Introduction
   Sana provides a self-custody wallet that allows you to control your digital assets. You are solely responsible for your keys and actions taken through your wallet. We also provide access to:

• Credit cards via Rain

• Wallet infrastructure powered by Privy.io

• Trading features through multiple Decentralised Exchanges (eg: Jupiter)

Sana never stores or accesses your funds or private keys.

2. Eligibility & Consent
   By using our services, you represent that:

• You have the legal authority to accept these Terms

• You agree to be bound by them

If you disagree, you may not use the services.

3. Sana cards
   Sana cards have costs associated with them depending on the card type (Platinum, Signature, or Virtual/Physical).
   All card purchases are final and non-refundable. We may change features or pricing without prior notice. You are responsible for checking our app or website for updates.

4. Account Creation & Responsibilities
   Some features require you to create an account. You must:

• Provide truthful information

• Keep your credentials secure

• Notify us of any breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Self-Custody Disclaimer
   Sana is a non-custodial platform. You control your wallet. We are not liable for:

• Loss of access

• Unauthorized transactions

• Network issues

• Errors in smart contract interactions

You assume full risk and responsibility for your assets.

6. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to:

• Violate any law

• Infringe on IP or proprietary rights

• Spread malware or spam

• Interfere with the site or services

• Reverse engineer or scrape data

• Create fake or automated accounts

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. User Content & License
   If you submit content to our platform, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it to operate the service. You retain ownership of your content.
   You must not upload illegal, offensive, or infringing material.

8. Third-Party Services
   We integrate with third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms:

• Rain.xyz (cards)

• Privy.io (wallet infra)

• Jup.ag (swap)

We are not liable for third-party failures, policies, or data handling.

9. Disclaimers
   The services are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous access

• Error-free experience

• Profit or performance of any wallet action

• Availability of any specific feature

Some jurisdictions may not allow disclaimer of implied warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sana will not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data, assets, or profits

• Service outages or user errors

Our liability is capped at $50.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
    Disputes are subject to binding arbitration (see full arbitration clause). You waive:

• Class action rights

• Jury trial rights

You have 30 days from accepting these terms to opt out of arbitration by writing to gm@sanafi.xyz.

12. Copyright Policy (DMCA)
    We comply with the DMCA. If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us at gm@sanafi.xyz with proof and details.

13. Termination
    We may terminate or restrict your use of the site at our discretion, especially for violating these Terms.

14. Changes
    We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
